The Fertility Kitchen: Raspberry and Almond Loaf

Raspberry & Almond Loaf  Ingredients: ¾ cup ground almonds¾ cup oat flour1 tsp baking powder1/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats1/3 cup desiccated coconut1 cup coconut yogurt3 tbsp pure maple syrup2 medium free-range eggs2 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled slightly2 tsp pure vanilla extract1 ½ cups frozen raspberriesTo decorate:1 tbsp gluten-free rolled oats1 tbsp flaked almondsPreheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
