Full disclosure, I have really severe rheumatoid arthritis. Trying to find a supplement that helped produce more milk but didn’t affect how I felt was really hard. I wasted a lot of money with my first daughter. When I had my second daughter I found Oat Mama and “Milk It”(teal color) and I was so excited I patiently waited for it to start making my joints ache (which was common for me while trying different supplements) but that ache never came and I ended up leaking quite a lot. I do use it intermittently especially when I’m sick, run down, or not drinking enough water. I’ve been successfully EBF my now 9 month old since she was born and she was 7 weeks early too. I would probably still be considered someone with a supply on the low end however it’s enough that she’s thriving and I don’t need to supplement with formula. Which makes me feel completely confident as a EBF momma.
