Oat Mama Meal Plan for Breastfeeding Mothers #5



 These meal plans are specially selected for their lactogenic ingredients, making them perfect for breastfeeding mothers, and really, the whole family. Each week we hand-pick a new list of recipes in the hopes to inspire and nourish mamas. 

Breakfast - Mushroom, Millet, and Leek Frittatas that are also great as leftovers.

Mid-morning Snack - An OM Lemon Poppy Lactation Granola Bar.



Lunch - An Easy Tuna Nicoise Salad that you can make into a double batch and enjoy for a couple more lunches during the week. 

Mid-Afternoon Snack - Beet Hummus with cucumber slices. 


 Dinner: A warming dish of Winter Squash Gnocchi. However, we would recommend swapping the sage from this recipe, as it's a known anti-galactagogue. An excellent substitution would be basil or dill. 



Dessert -  Black Sesame Cookies  and a warm mug of OM Healing Tea.
