Nourishing Fall Recipes We Love

As the crisp air rolls in and the leaves turn to fire, fall invites us to slow down, sip deep, and reconnect with ourselves. Whether you’re craving a cozy reset, craving deeper roots, or simply want to bring more magic into your everyday—this season is rich with ritual.

Here are some nourishing fall rituals to try—ranging from your daily chai latte to ancient seasonal celebrations—designed to ground and delight you through autumn.

1. Collagen Chai Latte

Your morning beverage is more than just caffeine—it’s a sacred pause. Make it a ritual. We love a cozy homemade chai latte with warming spices like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cloves. We love turning our Chai Spice Lactation Tea into a delicious and comforting latte with honey, cinnamon, and collagen. Add the collagen to the tea as it is steeping, and then just steam some of your favorite milk  As it steeps, set a simple intention for your day (peace, presence, patience, whatever it is you need). Sip it slowly, ideally before the house wakes up (but we get that can be rare! The great thing about our chai is that it is caffeine-free, so it could be a nap-time ritual too).

Pro tip: Stir in a spoonful of local honey (we are obsessed with this delicious honey our founder, Eliza, just brought back from Kauai) and whisper a mantra as you do. Example: “I am grounded. I am enough.”

2. Spiced Chai Marshmallows

We love adding marshmallows to our drinks, and why not make them with tea instead of water for a nourishing boost! These Spiced Chai Marshmallows are made with our delicious Spiced Chai Lactation Tea and add such a warming, comforting taste to any warm drink.

3. Pumpkin Spice Lactation Granola

We're sharing one of our favorite lactation Fall recipes from Eat to Feed using Oat Mama's Brewer's Yeast.

Our flagship granola recipe featuring the famous galactagogue trinity: oats, flax, and brewer's yeast. Maple-kissed and baked to golden perfection, our personal favorite go-to granola is studded with roasted pecans, pumpkin seeds, and crunchy puffed millet. If you've never baked a fresh granola at home, it is a life-affirming act.

4. Vanilla Spice Oat Waffles

Believe it or not, our Spiced Chai Lactation Tea actually makes a great add-in to waffles. These are inspired by Sunday Bakers and are the perfect comforting breakfast for a cozy autumn weekend morning.
