It's been a minute since we've posted our last meal plan for breastfeeding mothers, but we are back at it and excited to start this year with fresh meals using lactogenic ingredients. Keep coming back for weekly meal plans tailored just for you, but good enough for your family too. 

 

Breakfast: 
*Optional - Mug of Oat Mama Lactation Chai Tea or one Oat Mama Lactation Blend Supplement 
Midmorning snack: 
Cumin Lime Roasted Chickpeas
Lunch: Beet, Apple, and Quinoa Salad from Green Kitchen Stories 
*Optional - Glass of Oat Mama Lactation Tropical Rooibos Iced tea.
Midday snack: Oat Mama Dark Chocolate Almond bar + glass of homemade Oat Milk 
Dessert: 
Mug of Oat Mama Spiced Pear Healing tea +
