Chocolate Tahini Protein Truffles (Shaped Like Pumpkins!)

When you're running on mama energy, snacks need to work with you...not against you. That’s why we’re obsessed with these Mini Chocolate Tahini Protein Truffles. They’re rich, satisfying, and made with nourishing ingredients that support you in all the right ways.

Whether you're breastfeeding, chasing toddlers, growing a tiny human, or just trying to sneak in a moment of calm, these little bites deliver a delicious dose of mama magic.

Why We Love Them

First off: Tahini. This creamy sesame paste is full of calcium—an essential mineral for keeping bones strong, especially when you’re breastfeeding. It adds a rich, nutty flavor and blends beautifully with chocolate.

And of course, the star of the show: Mama Power Chocolate Protein Powder. Each scoop gives you 25 grams of high-quality protein to help replenish your body, support postpartum recovery, and keep you feeling strong and steady.

We’ve thoughtfully blended in nutrient-dense superfoods like chia, oats, and turmeric for added nourishment, plus Shatavari, a traditional adaptogen known to support stress relief and hormonal balance. And let’s not forget collagen peptides, included to help support tissue healing and recovery. Because your body is doing a lot and you deserve all the goodness.

Best of all? We shaped them like tiny pumpkins. Because fun, festive food just hits differently (and makes snack time extra cute).

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 scoops Mama Power Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2–3 tablespoons almond flour (adjust for texture)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: shredded coconut for topping, a white chocolate chip, pumpkin seed or mini pretzel stick for the stem

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined. The mixture should be thick and pliable (perfect for rolling). If it’s too dry, add a tiny splash of plant milk or a touch more tahini.
  2. Form into golf ball-sized truffles. You’ll get about 6–10 depending on how big you make them.
  3. To make them pumpkin-shaped: Use a small piece of string or a skewer to gently press lines around the edges to create pumpkin creases.
  4. Optional: Add a mini pretzel stick, white chocolate chip or pumpkin seed on top as a stem.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before enjoying...or sneak one right away. No judgment here.

These little truffles are perfect for a mid-morning boost, an afternoon pick-me-up, or a late-night nursing snack. Store them in the fridge and reach for one anytime you need a treat that loves you back.

From your bones to your hormones to your stress levels, you’re nourishing more than just hunger with every bite.
