Oat Mama Meal Plan for Breastfeeding Mothers #3


 

Meal ideas that are good enough for the whole family? Now that's something we can get behind. As busy moms, we can easily get into a food rut and make the same thing over and over again, mostly because we're missing inspiration to try something new. Most times after having a baby we're in survival mode and want to keep things simple, and sometimes that can affect our overall nutrition. With that in mind, Oat Mama pulled together a list of meals that are not only delicious and easy to make, but also use ingredients that are lactogenic, aka, galactagogues, aka, good for your milk supply. 

 

 

Breakfast:
