I have been taking the supplements for 2 weeks now and have noticed that I am making enough milk for my newborn baby. This is a big deal, because with my first baby I was not making enough milk and needed to use formula to supplement her nutrition until my milk supply became established.
I took these daily for the whole 13 months that I nursed my first born. I was sooo happy with my results that I knew I would have to get these again if I ever had more kids. Well, now I am taking them again. We are going on 6 months strong, and again, I have these to thank. I feel like these capsules make my milk creamier, and help my supply hold steady. I am ecstatic that I am able to nurse my second baby just like my first. Thank you for such an amazing product that helps support moms like me on our breastfeeding journeys.
Tastes so good and it really helped my milk supply.
I greatly recommend it.
Before using this product I was getting blockages all the time. Always having to massage out clogs. Iv been using this for less than a month and my milk is really flowing! I no longer get painful clogs. I will continue to take this throughout my breastfeeding journey.
I exclusively pump and my supply was very low, I was only just keeping up with my sons need despite using vitamin and doing all the tricks to boost supply.
AS SOON as I started using this vitamin my supply greatly increased! I’v been taking these for less than a month and I’m more then able to keep up with my sons need and Iv even been able to put more then 60oz away in the freezer! I will definitely be buying this again!

I’m 4 weeks postpartum and fighting to get my breast milk supply up. My child was taken to special care a day after birth. He was latching perfectly until then and they told me I wasn’t allowed to breast feed him in there, which ended up being a lie. Now I’m having a hard time all around, but especially with supply. Lactation specialist says that my son won’t even try to latch again until my supply is back up. I’m trying to pump enough for him to eat but only get maybe a few drops. If I’m lucky, an ounce a day. My Korean grandmother told me to eat seaweed soup but I’m having a hard time with texture ever since I got pregnant. Would you happen to know if it’s the seaweed itself that helps the supply or is it the actual soup part? I can eat the broth all day, I just didn’t know if maybe since the seaweed sits in the broth for so long, if it would do the same job. If it maybe… soaked up whatever it is that causes the breast milk to come in better? Thanks in advance.
