Lactation Pumpkin Spice No-Bake Bites

We are all about Pumpkin Spice for some added fall magic. We can't be alone.

These Lactation Pumpkin Spice No-Bake Bites are easy to whip up, naturally sweetened, and packed with wholesome, milk-boosting ingredients like @oatmama brewerโ€™s yeast and pumpkin puree. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐ŸŽƒ

๐Ÿ‚ Why pumpkin? It's more than just a seasonal flavorโ€”it's rich in vitamins A, C, E & K, plus potassium, magnesium, and fiber. The magnesium + vitamin K combo supports strong bones and can help reduce the risk of osteoporosisโ€”something all women can benefit from, not just mamas!

Hereโ€™s what youโ€™ll need to make them:

For the batter:

โœ”๏ธ 1/2 cup pumpkin purรฉe

โœ”๏ธ 1/2 cup nut butter

โœ”๏ธ 3 TBS maple syrup

โœ”๏ธ 1 tsp vanilla extract

โœ”๏ธ 1/3 cup almond flour

โœ”๏ธ 1 TBS oat flour

โœ”๏ธ 1 TBS Oat Mama brewerโ€™s yeast

โœ”๏ธ 1 tsp pumpkin spice

โœ”๏ธ Pinch of sea salt

For the glaze:

โœ”๏ธ 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

โœ”๏ธ 1 TBS coconut oil

Mix all ingredients together and then chill for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate + coconut oil using the double broiler method. Use an ice cream scooper to scoop into balls, then dip in melted white chocolate! Allow to set in fridge for 10-20 minutes. Makes 6โ€“8 bites of fall-flavored goodness you can keep in the fridge all week long (if they last that long ๐Ÿ˜‹).
