We are all about Pumpkin Spice for some added fall magic. We can't be alone.
These Lactation Pumpkin Spice No-Bake Bites are easy to whip up, naturally sweetened, and packed with wholesome, milk-boosting ingredients like @oatmama brewer’s yeast and pumpkin puree. 💪🏼🎃
🍂 Why pumpkin? It's more than just a seasonal flavor—it's rich in vitamins A, C, E & K, plus potassium, magnesium, and fiber. The magnesium + vitamin K combo supports strong bones and can help reduce the risk of osteoporosis—something all women can benefit from, not just mamas!
Here’s what you’ll need to make them:
For the batter:
✔️ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
✔️ 1/2 cup nut butter
✔️ 3 TBS maple syrup
✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✔️ 1/3 cup almond flour
✔️ 1 TBS oat flour
✔️ 1 TBS Oat Mama brewer’s yeast
✔️ 1 tsp pumpkin spice
✔️ Pinch of sea salt
For the glaze:
✔️ 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
✔️ 1 TBS coconut oil
Mix all ingredients together and then chill for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate + coconut oil using the double broiler method. Use an ice cream scooper to scoop into balls, then dip in melted white chocolate! Allow to set in fridge for 10-20 minutes. Makes 6–8 bites of fall-flavored goodness you can keep in the fridge all week long (if they last that long 😋).
