These Lactation Pumpkin Spice No-Bake Bites are easy to whip up, naturally sweetened, and packed with wholesome, milk-boosting ingredients like @oatmama brewerโs yeast and pumpkin puree. ๐ช๐ผ๐

Hereโs what youโll need to make them:
For the batter:
โ๏ธ 1/2 cup pumpkin purรฉe
โ๏ธ 1/2 cup nut butter
โ๏ธ 3 TBS maple syrup
โ๏ธ 1 tsp vanilla extract
โ๏ธ 1/3 cup almond flour
โ๏ธ 1 TBS oat flour
โ๏ธ 1 TBS Oat Mama brewerโs yeast
โ๏ธ 1 tsp pumpkin spice
โ๏ธ Pinch of sea salt
For the glaze:
โ๏ธ 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
โ๏ธ 1 TBS coconut oil
Mix all ingredients together and then chill for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate + coconut oil using the double broiler method. Use an ice cream scooper to scoop into balls, then dip in melted white chocolate! Allow to set in fridge for 10-20 minutes. Makes 6โ8 bites of fall-flavored goodness you can keep in the fridge all week long (if they last that long ๐).
