When you’re breastfeeding, it can sometimes feel like every snack is chosen with milk supply in mind. But nourishing lactation foods don’t have to feel boring or restrictive—they can still be fun, festive, and something the whole family enjoys.
That’s why we love these Lactation Easter Eggs. They’re naturally sweet, full of nourishing ingredients, and packed with one of our favorite lactation-supporting staples: Oat Mama Brewer’s Yeast.
Why We Love Oat Mama Brewer’s Yeast for Lactation
Brewer’s yeast has long been a go-to ingredient in lactation recipes because it’s rich in B vitamins, iron, protein, and trace minerals that support postpartum recovery and breastfeeding nutrition. Many breastfeeding parents include brewer’s yeast in their diet to help support healthy milk production and sustained energy.
At Oat Mama, our brewer’s yeast is carefully sourced for quality and flavor, so it blends beautifully into recipes without the strong bitterness some brewer’s yeast can have. That makes it perfect for baked goods, smoothies, energy bites, and festive treats like these Easter eggs.
A Lactation Treat the Whole Family Will Love
These no-bake Lactation Easter Eggs are creamy, chocolatey, and naturally sweetened with maple syrup. Almond flour and almond butter provide healthy fats and protein, coconut adds a little texture, and the chocolate coating makes them feel like a true holiday treat.
They’re simple to make, fun to decorate, and a sweet way to include lactation-supporting ingredients in something everyone at the table will happily eat.
