What You’ll Need:

3 bags of your favorite Oat Mama tea
(Fertility, immunity, lactation all work beautifully!) -
2 cups hot water

Fresh berries
(Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries all shine. Slice larger berries to fit!) -
Silicone ice cube tray
(We love trays with larger cubes for extra visual flair.)
How to Make It:

Steep Your Tea

In a heat-safe mug or teapot, steep 3 Oat Mama tea bags in 2 cups of hot water.

Let steep for 10–15 minutes, then cool to room temperature.

Prep Your Tray

Place a few fresh berries into each compartment of your silicone ice tray.

Slice strawberries or larger berries to fit, if needed.

Fill + Freeze

Pour the cooled tea into the tray, covering the berries completely.

Freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours.
