Fruity Tea Ice Cubes

A simple, elevated mocktail moment...with benefits!

Whether you're trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or in the thick of busy mamahood, sometimes a refreshing, nourishing pick-me-up is just what you need. These fruity tea ice cubes are an easy way to turn your favorite Oat Mama tea into a fancy, functional treat.

Drop a few into sparkling water, lemonade, or a mocktail of your choice for an afternoon ritual that feels special...because you deserve it.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3 bags of your favorite Oat Mama tea
(Fertility, immunity, lactation all work beautifully!)

  • 2 cups hot water

  • Fresh berries
(Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries all shine. Slice larger berries to fit!)

  • Silicone ice cube tray
(We love trays with larger cubes for extra visual flair.)

How to Make It:

  1. Steep Your Tea

    • In a heat-safe mug or teapot, steep 3 Oat Mama tea bags in 2 cups of hot water.

    • Let steep for 10–15 minutes, then cool to room temperature.

  2. Prep Your Tray

    • Place a few fresh berries into each compartment of your silicone ice tray.

    • Slice strawberries or larger berries to fit, if needed.

  3. Fill + Freeze

    • Pour the cooled tea into the tray, covering the berries completely.

    • Freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours.

  4. Serve + Sip

    • Pop a few fruity tea cubes into sparkling water, lemonade, iced tea, or your favorite mocktail.

    • Enjoy a beautiful, nourishing boost any time of day.

Mama Tips:

  • Use Postpartum Healing Tea for a grounding afternoon tea moment.

  • Try Herbal Lactation Tea for a refreshing twist on your breastfeeding support.

  • Use Fertility Tea for a gentle fertility-friendly boost with fizz.

  • Let little ones help you fill the trays for a fun and easy kitchen activity.

Why We Love It:

These ice cubes are more than pretty: they’re functional, flexible, and full of flavor. Whether you're making a moment for yourself or hosting a mama-friendly brunch, they’re a sweet way to stay nourished and hydrated.
