These Chocolate-Dipped Black Sesame Lactation Bar Bites transform our ready-made lactation bar into an even more nourishing treat that's perfect for afternoon cravings, nursing sessions, or a quick energy boost.
The combination of oats, black sesame, hemp seeds, and chocolate creates a satisfying balance of flavor and texture while incorporating ingredients traditionally valued for postpartum nourishment.

So what did we include in this recipe and WHY (we are big fans of knowing what each ingredient is good for!)?
Oats
Oats are one of the most popular foods included in lactation-friendly recipes. They're rich in fiber, provide sustained energy, and are a comforting staple during the postpartum period.
Black Sesame Seeds
Black sesame seeds are packed with minerals including calcium, iron, magnesium, and zinc. They have long been used in traditional postpartum foods and add a rich, nutty flavor that pairs beautifully with chocolate.
Hemp Seeds
Hemp seeds provide plant-based protein, healthy fats, and omega fatty acids that support overall nourishment and recovery.
Dark Chocolate
Besides making everything more delicious, chocolate contains antioxidants and magnesium and, well, it's chocolate! Say less!
