Brownie Batter Protein Hearts

Valentine’s Day is often filled with heart shaped treats, sweet notes, and reminders to show love to the people around us. As mothers, we pour so much of that love into our children, our partners, and our families. This year, we want to gently remind you that you deserve some of that love too.

Motherhood asks a lot of your body and your heart. Whether you are pregnant, newly postpartum, breastfeeding, or years into raising your little ones, your nutritional needs matter. Taking care of yourself is not indulgent. It is crucial! When you nourish yourself well, you have more energy, more patience, and more presence for the people who rely on you.

That is one of the reasons we created our Mama Power Protein Power. Each serving provides 25 grams of protein to help support your body through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and beyond. We love that it includes chia seeds, collagen peptides, whey isolate, and adaptogens. These thoughtfully chosen ingredients work together to support strength, recovery, and overall wellness during seasons when your body is doing so much behind the scenes.

Of course, we also know that busy moms need options that are quick and simple. You do not always have time for a full sit down meal or an elaborate snack. That is where these Brownie Batter Protein Hearts come in. They are rich, chocolatey, and satisfying, with a soft brownie batter texture that feels like a treat. The best part is that they are no bake, come together in minutes, and make it easy to sneak in high quality protein throughout the day.

They are perfect for a Valentine’s Day snack, a lunchbox surprise, or a little afternoon pick me up with your tea. Most importantly, they are a small but meaningful way to show yourself some love.
